I was happy with the product, but before purchasing I had questions and only contact you by email of which you never returned with an answer, a live agent to talk to would be much better. Also, I bought all blue furniture, and the umbrella cover was TAN I was told that's the only color it comes in. That makes no sense. Don't think I would buy from you again as I have bought other outdoor furniture since my purchase with you, and it has just as good quality as yours and they were much easier to deal with.

All parts of the experience have been great - from ordering to setting up to using > everything was simple and easy. The chairs look fantastic and we are enjoying them every day by the pool. We would recommend to friends and family (NPS of 10)!
