The customer service was first-in-class! The gazebo came with many pieces to assemble, but the instructions were very clearly written and assembly was basic. We went with the 12’x14’, and it’s the perfect amount of space for us. We love our solarium.

Awesome product
This thing is great, solid, sturdy, and pretty easy to put together. The included instructions are a little pathetic, but there are tons of great YouTube videos to step you through the build. It definitely takes a minimum of 2 people. Sometimes three sets of hands would have been easier. Overall, very impressed and would recommend this purchase.

Great gazebo for my cooking area
This was one of two gazebos that we purchased. I use both a blackstone and a regular gas grill and having this gazebo over both has been fantastic. I was very impressed with the quality of the materials and the assembly of this gazebo. It went together very smoothly and easily. I would highly recommend this gazebo to anyone.
