We usually ship items within 24 - 48 hours after confirmed payment. In general, we ship via FedEx or UPS, average transit time is about 7 - 10 business days. You can view the estimated delivery dates on the product page, in special situations the items are transferred by Amazon, and the tracking number may be delayed.  

Shipping information will be sent to you by email soon according to shipping methods. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order after signing up. In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed.

We offer limited time warranty against manufacturing defect for our product：5 years warranty on the hardtop roof, 2 years warranty on the curtain and netting, 1 year warranty on the frame constructions.

When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please complete the following steps:
1) Take a picture of the damage.
2) Then please email us at pergola@purpleleafgarden.com immediately and attach the photos.
3) We will contact you directly with the next steps.
4) DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

PURPLE LEAF sends out packages of several boxes, which inside are categorized parts of a hardtop gazebo. All the parts are marked well to clarify their use. Additionally, the parcels include the detailed instructions. If you install it on your own, it will help you assemble the parts quickly when following the instructions.

There is an installation service from the third party. You can enter the official website and get a quotation by filling in corresponding information.
