An all around great purchasing experience

We purchased a cantilever 9X11 umbrella with the additional base plate. The products are great, but equally, the service. This is one company who actually knows what customer service is supposed to be. They were a pleasure to work with and helped us with every problem. We didn't have to wait 48 hours, or several days, or weeks...or like some places...never, for a reply. She always got back to us within a day, and sometimes less. Great products, great company and superior customer support.

The assembled umbrella looked amazing and it was very easy to assemble. One of the experiences that stood out for me was their customer service. Great Umbrella - Great Customer Service

This 10 x 13 rectangular umbrella fits our patio perfectly, and can withstand wind gusts up to 35mph - unfortunately, we had gusts over 50mph, and the fabric got torn. I sent a message to Purple Leaf, confirming the size/type of canopy I needed to replace. I was able to order 2 replacement canopies (just in case). Thank you Purple Leaf!

Beautiful umbrella

I ordered the 10x13 umbrella for my daughter and her husband for Christmas. It is beautiful. It is so well made and sturdy. The material is very nice and I’m confident will hold up for years in the Florida weather. The rotation of the umbrella allows them to cover the outside TV, patio and part of the pool all at the same time. They are very pleased with their gift and so am I.

Just finished installing our new Purple Leaf 12' X 14' Gazebo. The installation went fairly well,Glad we watched a few videos from other people, especially when installing the roof. I'd say the roof is the tricky part but once you get the hang of it on one side it goes fairly quickly. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

We absolutely love our sunroom! Right now we just have our salt water hot tub inside. The gazebo took a few days to assemble after we rebuilt the patio. We plan on adding proper electrical for a TV and Ceiling fan; and I'm shopping for some seating to fit inside:)
