My gazebo arrived with damaged parts, missing parts, one package of the screws was torn open with 130 screws missing, the mesh was torn, I emailed Customer Service it took about two weeks to get an email back. I could not find a customer service phone number online finally they sent me one about four weeks later and I called probably 10 times and never got an answer. The gentleman who did call me back was very nice and was trying to help me out the best he could. He was very professional and courteous. I still donāt have the missing screws and Iām still waiting on missing parts. This cost me $950 in labor to assemble the unit and now itās just in pieces in my backyard the reason I bought the gazebo in the first place was so I could rent my backyard out as a venue for the summer and I have a swimming pool that is heated by solar with only three months to take advantage of that so now Iāve already lost two months of potential revenue. So this has been very very disappointing for me as I still wait. The gazebo itself looks like it will be
beautiful. Purple Leaf did say they would compensate me some money so I appreciate that I still have been very dissatisfied and feel this was handled very unprofessionally.
