PURPLE LEAF 10 ft Terra Square Patio Umbrella

This is a fabulous umbrella. We have it on the corner of our patio and it provides ample shade for a couch and 4 chairs in a rectangular configuration. You do need to have some room for the umbrella to expand as it’s being opened or closed, but as soon as it clears the chairs, it opens and closes nicely. It’s sturdy and has already withstood some major storms while closed. I’m very happy with this so far.

Awesome cantilever umbrella We ordered two of these cantilever umbrellas, one 11x 11ft and one 12 x 12ft with large Purple Leaf bases to support them. They were easy to assemble and all parts are functioning perfectly. The materials appear to be of good quality. We've been using them for a week and couldn't be more delighted.

You can move it to cover every where. I love it! Best umbrella I have ever owned

Love it! Big, sturdy and beautiful. This umbrella was Perfect for my deck. It had the largest top air vent of any umbrella I've seen. Important for me because we get some wind gusts from time to time. I used 18"x18" concrete and stone blocks for the base. I got them at Lowes. They fit perfectly along the bottom and they are very heavy in case of wind.

Good Product at a Fair Price We have a southwest corner of our patio that gets very hot in the evening. This 9 model fit perfectly for us. Glad we ordered their base as it made the setup easier. The umbrella is very easy to use and adjust.

Great umbrella especially for this price!! Awesome umbrellas and even better customer service. The umbrellas are sturdy as long as you get the proper base. Google the weight and size of the umbrella to determine how heavy your base should be. Very happy with our purchase!

Beautiful addition to our patio deck!! When I saw the packaging I thought the umbrella would be impossible to put together. It was actually rather easy. The umbrella is a great addition to my deck. It fits perfectly and makes our deck look like it has a 'room' with a roof. What a wonderful item. It is really easy to use and beautiful. We are thinking of buying another one for our daughter's house.

Love this umbrella We purchased the 12ft Square umbrella in Grey. Assembly was easy, including the In-Ground Base which I installed at the edge of our patio. It covers a huge and and provides decent sun protection although in the recent 122F heat the dark color did radiate a lot of heat down towards us. Lots of options to get the umbrella positioned perfectly as the sun moves overhead during the day. Slightly concerned about the way the umbrella moves around when the wind starts to blow. Construction seems to be designed for light weight rather than sturdiness. I guess time will tell but so far we love this umbrella.

Cooler, shaded afternoons. Its versatile & does exactly what we want. A good value for the $.

Great quality and easy to move I am quite impressed with the quality of this Outdoor umbrella. We have searched a lot and it seems that we made a great choice. It is easy to move to direction that you need at the same time that it looks very solid. And it is delivered with a cover which we were not aware... perfect then!

Customer Service AWESOME! Received our umbrella with no crank!! Contacted the company and had 2 cranks within 2 days!! SO IMPRESSED! Can't wait to be able to put it up.. We looked for a moment and it was beautiful.. Unfortunately we are having a tropical storm but as soon as the storm passes we will be sitting outside enjoying our umbrella.

Beautifully made and versatile This high quality umbrella sits on my dock and provides shade for plants that need it and rotates to provide shade for people when they need it. I primarily like the ability to raise and lower, tilt, and rotate with very good controls. Although I ordered it in khaki and discovered I received dark red, I decided to keep it and it looks great. It is almost totally assembled and easy to set up though it does take some strength to manage its size and weight. I am still not totally sure how much wind it should be open for. Although others have indicated winds speed advice, I find I don't necessarily know how to judged what speed I'm seeing when the wind picks up. I did a lot of reading before choosing this umbrella and can't imagine a better choice.

Easy to assemble, looks and works great! My wife and I recently purchased the 11' x 11' Purple Leaf cantilever umbrella (attached) for our back patio. We love it - its easy to use and very attractive. One thing to remember prior to first use, is to make sure all tape and foam packing is removed from the inside/underneath the umbrella to assure umbrella opens properly. The weighted base takes up very little space and the ability to rotate the umbrella is fantastic! We would highly recommend this umbrella for any setting where shade is needed.

Love this umbrella! It's way bigger than I expected, so I probably would have gone done one size, but I love it. They color is great, it's been holding up to the elements for several months now with no issue at all. Really blots out the sun, which is great, because my patio is positioned for maximum discomfort during prime usage times. Will report back in a year if there are any issues, but this was a great purchase.

Well worth the money This was a little pricey, but well worth the money. I purchased the 36 base that Is made by Purple Leaf. Assembly was very easy. The umbrella is very easy to raise and lower. It comes with a very nice cover. I expect it to last a long time.

Wonderful shade So far we love this product. It is wonderful for shade and it has already dealt with some gusty breezes. It is large so wind affects it but it is built really well and just rolls with the gusts. We love it.

Great customer service and responsiveness I love it, just got it set up today. Provides great shade and heat protection. But theres a small hole in the upper vented portion. This does not affect the umbrella performance, just the appearance. Customer service contacted with me and worked with me to provide a satisfactory resolution in the way of a discount. Very pleased with the umbrella and the service.

Great Umbrella I purchased two for my large deck. Extremely well built. I feel the additional purchase of the heavy water Very well made, the best I have seen. It's relatively costly but you get what you pay for. For me I consider this a good value. The 11' requires purchasing the large heavy base for water or sand fill. It should be retracted or adjusted for more than a moderate wind and especially for wind gusts. I bought two for my large deck. I adjust as the sun moves. This has been very useful to maintain shade.

Love We love this cantilevered umbrella. It is amazing quality for the price. It did take two men to set it up and get it into the stand as its quite heavy. It looks incredible and better than pictured. Strong and hold up in California weather.

Water level Coverage is great from sun. We filled ours with water and it vanished from the high temperature so it is better to check the water level; otherwise it can collapse from a high wind.

First I had contacted Purple Leaf directly to ask about the different fabrics and how much weight to put in the base so we wouldnt worry about tipping. They answered my questions within 24 hours and kept in touch to see if I purchased and if I was happy with the product. The umbrella is exactly size we needed and were very happy with the purchase.

Honestly better than I expected Honestly better than I expected. Mine showed up a little different than some of the other reviews it had two crank handles not just one. It also came with a cover that wasnt listed in the offering. I plan to toss the x-bracing floor support and attach it directly to the deck. It tilts in 1 direction and spins 360 degrees.
