My biggest complaint is the weight. It is very lightweight, so if there is more than 15mph winds, I have to store the swing in our shed.

Midterm style aluminum swing

Bought this swing and I absolutely love it. Had a problem with the cushions. Looked like the cushions were for a two person swing. Cushions for this swing were on back order. Waited a month and recontacted purple leaf, still on back order. The customer service dept. was excellent. They gave me a credit so I could order cushions myself. Everything worked out great. Purple leaf has been a great company to do business with. Prompt, courteous response to every e-mail. I will not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great Design; Expensive and Takes Patience

First, this swing's aesthetic is awesome; modern and perfect for our patio/firepit area (unlike other traditional swings). Second, it's very comfortable (performs just as expected).

The only drawbacks are: 1) Price (it's hundreds more than its competitors, but it's also one of a kind); 2) Assembly (the directions are OK at best and require that you're comfortable in "figuring things out"); 3) Quality (our swing arrived with the wrong parts and scratched; the manufacturer was prompt in responding and provided the replacement parts in about two weeks and said touch-up paint would be sent once it's available).
